Part A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Instructions for Cancellation

Consumers—defined as any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession—are entitled to cancel any contract under the following conditions:

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Part B. Voluntary 30-Day Store Return Policy (Shopify Policy)

In addition to your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day extended return policy:

Eligibility & Conditions

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a voluntary return.

  • To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first at support@utterskills.com to request a return.

  2. Returns must be shipped to the following return address:

  3. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@utterskills.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned under our voluntary 30-day policy:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
